I love how the second lead's romance is so passionate and ovary-shattering, but the main lead's romance is soft and heartwarming. Really well balanced. Also, why are the casts so pretty? My eyes can't handle it T.T
In my opinion..The second lead is like they have more aggressive lusty way of kissing,like a french kiss..And Kang Tae Moo and Shin Hari I call their kiss a pouty sweet kiss..Not too aggressive but the sweetest..It also looks like they put their heart into it especially when Paul Ahn swallow on his throat..It just feels really real and sweet to me..🥰
I just love how Sejeong portrayed and delivered Shin Hari’s frustration & desperation for her feelings for Taemoo~ that feeling you want to pursue it but you have a lot of worries about it. I can feel the emotions through Sejeong’s eyes and the way she speaks so fragile that it can break any moment~🙈🥺

I was screaming when I watched their first kiss last night..I call it a pouty sweet kiss..It wasn't like the typical french kiss or full of lust kiss but this one is the sweetest..Mostly boys is the one who initiated the kiss but this drama,the two females was the one who do the moves to kiss the guy..I mean Kang Tae Moo and Shin Hari's kiss has double meaning and I can feel how they wanted it to happen for so long but they just keep it themselves..Honestly they make me feel so in love again..♥️
The fact that both boys played hard to get so far and are now smitten by their girls!!! OMO so cute! The chemistry that both the couples radiate is no joke. I am so happy with the development of our lead couple, it didn't feel rushed or delayed. I think it was spot on! I am not ready to say bye to the characters of the show, my mondays and tuesdays are going to get stupid and boring again very soon. Regardless, lots of love to the cast for such an outstanding job! ALSO, Haraboeji is the captain of our main ship, fight me on this if you want! But he has unintentionally (mostly) helped with the progress of these two quite a few times :P
Yeh their grandpa unintentionally helped alot and by his nature portrayed in the drama, i think when he knew all this then it's not hard for them to convince him because indirectly he loves Ha-ri for his grandson and ultimately he wants his grandson's happiness, thank God he is not villainish.

He also keeps saying chaebols are people too and likes makjangs for common people. So he doesn't think of himself as better. Cha sung hoon is his adopted grandson too and treats him as such. He'll defend him with young seo's dad if they follow the manga.
The simple was: their take dark/serious character in their past drama before this like hyoseop from the abyss->dr romantic s2->lovers red sky, that’s why i still can see his character like mixed with dark character here but hyoseop did it well can handle it he just take various role, u can see him in still 17 really different when he take abyss till dr romantic nd lovers red sky, prove he deserves got baeksang

I noticed this as well. She is usually so boisterous and full of energy, but here she seems so sad, because she has feelings for him, but she is holding back and pushing him away because she doesn't believe she deserve him based on society and crushing on another guy for 7 years.

Sejeong is so real in this scene. Her acting felt so real. Her frustration which lead to her confessing how she feels. The way she was staring at Tae Moo’s lips as if contemplating if she should actually go for it or not. I love this scene so much 😭

It’s the way Kang Taemoo never forced himself to her, he gave enough time & space for Hari to consider his confession. I just love how he waited, respected her feelings and never forced a kiss to her. And with that, he earned a kiss from Hari in the end. Taemoo just keeps breaking the stereotypes, we love to see it! Also, Hari hesitated bc of those 7 years of one-sided love that had her questioning her worth, she didnt think he deserves someone like Taemoo but Hari, you deserve someone who wont judge on you as a person like Taemoo 🥺 Go for it gurl!!

Just so pure emotions, Kim Sejeong. AHS acts with his eyes, by the time KSJ changes her tone and her words are just flowing, you can see the realisation from his eyes… that’s acting. How can the people behind this series knew from the start they will be best for this roles! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
This scene was everything. The way that Kim Se-jeong delivered the torn emotions of Hari wanting Tae-moo but having her doubts, and then that pause where you can _feel_ those emotions boiling up as she stares at his lips before she finally kissed him... freaking bravo. I'm so happy that this drama is getting such attention honestly, the actors/actresses are all so talented but Kim Se-jeong is incredible with her acting. Every time she's on the screen, I fall more and more for her acting abilities and I really hope to see her in future dramas! 😍
I really love this couple, they are incredible. Just look how they build up the relationship slowly but surely. Their kiss is not aggressive but comfortable to watch as I can't really stand to watch the aggressive kiss. The emotion they put on this situation is perfect. Kim Sejeong, Ahn Hyoseop surely really good actors. I hope they will meet again on another project. Please make it happen on any TV station or even Netflix. Their chemistry is on another level🔥You can't deny that fact.

I loved this scene so much especially when Taemu understood why Hari was reluctant to get into a relationship with him. Hari doesn't realize just how special she is and the fact she is worthy to be loved. Look at the lengths Taemu would go for her, that's love!
Exactly this. She doesn't think she is worthy because of society and that trash Minwoo and "friends", but Taemoo knows she is more than worthy. I remember when she met his grandfather as Guimhe and he said Taemoo will always choose work over everything, but we later see , he chooses HaRi over work.
Besides this scene, I really love the part where Tae-mu apologizes to Ha-ri for not realizing sooner that she was sick because of his jealousy. Man, he's whipped. I'm so kiliiiiig

This is the perfect romantic comedy and I'm happy for it's international success. It's cliche but in the best way. That's why people love it. Period.

Fact: The success of Business Proposal isn't in the plot cause we all know how cliché and typical this story is about. It's the perfect casting both Ahn Hyoseop and Kim Sejeong. The chemistry is unexpectedly beautiful. I don't think I would watch this drama if they aren't the leads, swear. Great job in casting them! I still felt butterflies while watching it over again.
i truly do love them. taemu was upfront about how he felt from the moment he knew how he felt about her, and he did everything he could to make her smile (though sometimes it wouldn't work and gave us iconic, comedic moments). he is so tender with her and gave her the space and time to figure out what she wanted. and when she initiated that kiss and it took him a second to respond, there was such a breadth of possible emotion there. he's kind of clumsy and a little awkward, in the way cartoon taemu really was NOT (that mf was so smooth uvbnrtvjj), but i love hyoseop's version of him. he's real, respectful, doesn't do anything to hari while she's drunk (in the webtoon when she drunk kisses him, he kisses back; very much appreciate the fact that the drama emphasized consent and changed this), always has her back and supports her, recognizes her brilliance, acknowledges when he's wrong and apologizes easily, and is open with his affection for her though she may not recognize it as true sometimes.
I realised that too that he easily said “im sorry”.. often times in kdrama where the male chaebol is at wrong, he usually reluctant to say im sorry to the female lead, and thus lead to prolong fight between the leads. I love that he said it easily n respect her

This drama is so well written and directed. The 4 leads all have chemistry and they are naturals acting these scenes out. I agree that’s this drama has all the cliches but they also poke fun at it. My heart melted when he confessed and she is telling him the reasons she can’t and can’t forget about him. It’s very relatable and I think that’s what makes this drama stand out. I wish we had more episodes or another season.

I know that they said the main couple is more of an elementary student kind of love, while second couple is more adult. But in my eyes, it's the other way around. Taemu and Hari's relationship is a lot more adult and mature. The drama did a good job in portraying two kinds of relationship. For main couple we have two people who are slowly falling for each other, they get to know each other's flaw but helplessly accepting those flaws and finding themselves falling for the other even more. As time progress, those feelings bloom and get deeper, but they keep denying those feelings because of other worries. When the time comes, they decided to accept those feelings. They slowly solve their issues one by one maturely, and progress with the physical affection. How Taemu loves Hari so much that he makes sure to treat her like a queen, defend her when Minwoo belittle her, he also has been defending her when Grandpa talked bad about her, he's always been consistent of his feelings for Hari. Then we have Hari, who also has been consistently defending Taemu when Yeongseo talks bad about him, and when Minwoo does the same. You can really feel these two has accepted each other's flaws and see each other as who they are. But they can't deny these blooming love that has grown over time. That's why their relationship seem so healthy yet desperate. For second couple, it is fast paced. They felt the electric feeling of attraction to each other at first sight, instantly clicked and wanting each other right away. They played push and pull for a while, tried to create those lines, but we all know they can't lie about their attraction for each other. That's why the moment one of them finally crossed the line, they don't hesitate and went full force from kissing and so on. Their love is hot, burning, and you can really feel how they want each other. Then when the burning passion dies down, they realized that they don't know the other person all that much. They realized that this person isn't the same as what they imagined. Yeongseo especially don't even know if she should be happy of her new boyfriend, cause even tho she got who she asked for, but he actually doesn't fulfil her ideals. So now we have two people that need to work on their relationship, who need some time to really get to know each other a lot more. Figuring out each other's personalities, interests, boundaries. To me, their relationship is less matured than Taemu and Hari, but their love is not inferior at all. It's two type of love that will progress and become stronger. I personally love main couple more because the emotions are much stronger because you can really see how their feelings develop since the beginning ❤️
I like the progress in the main couple's relationship more, whether it's drama or real life. Tae Moo and Ha Ri's relationship is definitely more mature and adult-like. Well, if their definition of adult is just doing sexual and intimate stuffs all the time, then ofc they would choose the second leads for that. Anyway, I just love this drama as a whole.
HaTae maybe look like a choding couple because maybe the comedic scenes together but I love the progress of Taemu-Hari relationship. And I also love the fact that Taemu really tries to get to know Hari more before confessing his feelings.. they're cute ♡ The 2nd couple they're differently hot.
I will keep watching this scene over and over. Not because of the kiss only but this scene shows what a mature confession means. Idk if others see with that perspective but there is always something to learn from each kdrama. And i love how Business proposal is showing positive things so far.
When Sejeong changes her tone of voice, becomes teary-eyed, uttered words without holding back and becomes emotional --- finally gave in..... Kim Sejeong always delivers! This idol turns actress is not gonna step back with her career development. I adore her for being such! 👏💜
I could really feel Hari’s low self esteem in this scene, and I think this is why she really needs Taemu because he actually recognizes how amazing she is (especially in terms of how she works) they really build off each other and need each other ❤️

I have been a sejeong fan (sesang) for years and I'm so glad she's getting the recognition she deserves now , internationally. She's an ace (can dance , act , sing amazingly) and very much versatile. If you feel like dieing waiting for the next episodes try "the Uncanny counter" (sejeong's drama) and "doctor romantic" ( Ahn hyo seop)
the way I was literally frustrated with the ladies in this episode for running away knowing darn well they like them back, but eventually, everything was solved with a kiss 🥰
What I appreciate about this drama is how quickly they get to things. No dragging on the storyline!! Not nearly as much as other dramas that I’ve watched anyways (which is far too many 😂). ugh getting🦋 to the maxx.

Same girl! I've been watching ylag and decided to stop watching kdramas for a while considering how disappointed I ended up with it! But then business proposal came along and made me fall in love with kdramas all over again such a breath of fresh air! I've never seen more overflowing chemistry on and off screen for all 4 of our main leads !

Still sad it's ending next weekend 😭. I'm so grateful for Business Proposal for healing my heart with all the heart-fluttering moments each mon/tues after heavy YLAG episodes over the weekends. All four of the actors exude chemistry and with 12 episodes there's no time to waste, so I enjoy how straight forward they're diving into their relationships! 😍❤🤗

Yeah I think I've seen the plot of this drama before and I felt like I know how this will end. But in my opinion, they added different flavors with each characters. Coz u see Kang TaeMoo is not your typical handsome, overachiever CEO, he is someone who is so sure about himself, he is so sure about how he feels for Ha-ri, doesn't beat around the bush, straightforward, he got authority with his personal life and never get controlled with family members. Honestly, who don't want a guy like Kang TaeMoo? ❤😁 Every characters has different charms that you'll get hooked with them.

Yeh their grandpa unintentionally helped alot and by his nature portrayed in the drama, i think when he knew all this then it's not hard for them to convince him because indirectly he loves Ha-ri for his grandson and ultimately he wants his grandson's happiness, thank God he is not villainish.
Ikr, I love both couples sooo much, I really hope his grandpa doesn't go all villain and ruin the show for alot of people (including me). There's no use for that in this show, specially when there are only 5 episodes left

It’s the way Kang Taemoo never forced himself to her, he gave enough time & space for Hari to consider his confession. This scene was everything. The way that Kim Se-jeong delivered the torn emotions of Hari wanting Tae-moo but having her doubts, and then that pause where you can _feel_ those emotions boiling up as she stares at his lips before she finally kissed him... freaking bravo. I'm so happy that this drama is getting such attention honestly, the actors/actresses are all so talented but Kim Se-jeong is incredible with her acting. Every time she's on the screen, I fall more and more for her acting abilities and I really hope to see her in future dramas! 😍

Kim Sejeong, Ahn Hyoseop surely really good actors. I hope they will meet again on another project. Please make it happen on any TV station or even Netflix. i truly do love them. taemu was upfront about how he felt from the moment he knew how he felt about her, and he did everything he could to make her smile (though sometimes it wouldn't work and gave us iconic, comedic moments). he is so tender with her and gave her the space and time to figure out what she wanted. and when she initiated that kiss and it took him a second to respond, there was such a breadth of possible emotion there. he's kind of clumsy and a little awkward, in the way cartoon taemu really was NOT (that mf was so smooth uvbnrtvjj), but i love hyoseop's version of him. he's real, respectful, doesn't do anything to hari while she's drunk (in the webtoon when she drunk kisses him, he kisses back; very much appreciate the fact that the drama emphasized consent and changed this), always has her back and supports her, recognizes her brilliance, acknowledges when he's wrong and apologizes easily, and is open with his affection for her though she may not recognize it as true sometimes.
I realised that too that he easily said “im sorry”.. often times in kdrama where the male chaebol is at wrong, he usually reluctant to say im sorry to the female lead, and thus lead to prolong fight between the leads. I love that he said it easily n respect her

I know that they said the main couple is more of an elementary student kind of love, while second couple is more adult. But in my eyes, it's the other way around. Taemu and Hari's relationship is a lot more adult and mature.
The drama did a good job in portraying two kinds of relationship. For main couple we have two people who are slowly falling for each other, they get to know each other's flaw but helplessly accepting those flaws and finding themselves falling for the other even more. As time progress, those feelings bloom and get deeper, but they keep denying those feelings because of other worries. When the time comes, they decided to accept those feelings. They slowly solve their issues one by one maturely, and progress with the physical affection. How Taemu loves Hari so much that he makes sure to treat her like a queen, defend her when Minwoo belittle her, he also has been defending her when Grandpa talked bad about her, he's always been consistent of his feelings for Hari. Then we have Hari, who also has been consistently defending Taemu when Yeongseo talks bad about him, and when Minwoo does the same. You can really feel these two has accepted each other's flaws and see each other as who they are. But they can't deny these blooming love that has grown over time. That's why their relationship seem so healthy yet desperate.
For second couple, it is fast paced. They felt the electric feeling of attraction to each other at first sight, instantly clicked and wanting each other right away. They played push and pull for a while, tried to create those lines, but we all know they can't lie about their attraction for each other. That's why the moment one of them finally crossed the line, they don't hesitate and went full force from kissing and so on. Their love is hot, burning, and you can really feel how they want each other. Then when the burning passion dies down, they realized that they don't know the other person all that much. They realized that this person isn't the same as what they imagined. Yeongseo especially don't even know if she should be happy of her new boyfriend, cause even tho she got who she asked for, but he actually doesn't fulfil her ideals. So now we have two people that need to work on their relationship, who need some time to really get to know each other a lot more. Figuring out each other's personalities, interests, boundaries. To me, their relationship is less matured than Taemu and Hari, but their love is not inferior at all. It's two type of love that will progress and become stronger.
I personally love main couple more because the emotions are much stronger because you can really see how their feelings develop since the beginning ❤️
I like the progress in the main couple's relationship more, whether it's drama or real life. Tae Moo and Ha Ri's relationship is definitely more mature and adult-like. Well, if their definition of adult is just doing sexual and intimate stuffs all the time, then ofc they would choose the second leads for that. Anyway, I just love this drama as a whole.

Yeah I think I've seen the plot of this drama before and I felt like I know how this will end. But in my opinion, they added different flavors with each characters. Coz u see Kang TaeMoo is not your typical handsome, overachiever CEO, he is someone who is so sure about himself, he is so sure about how he feels for Ha-ri, doesn't beat around the bush, straightforward, he got authority with his personal life and never get controlled with family members. Honestly, who don't want a guy like Kang TaeMoo? ❤😁 Every characters has different charms that you'll get hooked with them.
