That's not true because I fasted and prayed night and day with everything that I've got I listen to worship music 20 24/7 Non-Stop I didn't sleep cuz I was fasting and praying quoting the word believe in and have faith and prayer and everything I did everything right and my husband still walked out and did not return back and do you know what he divorced me I know what the reason was that's not the point how did everything I was supposed to do he still gave me a piece of paper of divorcement the man that I dated 19 years and was married to him 14 years you add those two numbers up and you will see I was with that man a long time so don't tell me it does not work there are sometimes when it does not work no matter what you do
Fasting for a Miracle in America - how wonderful is that?? Imagine if just 10% of us committed to this?! Talk about a wave of Miracle Power in Jesus' name!! I feel convicted for ignoring what Jesus said about fasting, but I continue to not get serious about it. I do fast, but I end at sundown, or a specific time - I suspect that I need to take it to another level. I will set myself to fast until I get an answer.

Amen. When I Fasted & prayed, we had a miracle in our family. We made a biggest income / Commission unexpectedly. And Souls being Saved around us. Fasting & Prayer is the most power working miracle 🙏 🙌

PRAISE GOD! THE LORD IS GOOD AND WORTHY TO BE PRAISED! MY FAMILY NEEDS THE LORD TO BRING A HUGE FINANCIAL MIRACLE AND A HUGE PHYSICAL HEALING MIRACLE. WE EXPECT THE LORD TO MOVE HEAVEN ON OUR BEHALF. HIS WORD IS FAITHFUL AND TRUE! IT WILL BE! I CALL IT SO! IN THE NAME OF JESUS!
It does not always work I did everything I was supposed to do I fast and prayed stood on the word quote of the word with faith and everything I had and you know what my husband still walked out he's still divorced me and he did not come back and we did not get to reconcile 14 years you had those two numbers up and you will get a big number of years that we were together I did everything with this man I had a child with this man so sometimes this does not work in spite of what you do in spite of you doing everything you know you're supposed to do for it to work it does not work and the reason God allowed this to happen for my safety that's not the point

Okay but is your is your wife still with you are you guys still together if you are still together you have nothing to complain about my husband left not only did he leave but he give me a bill of divorcement we were married 14 years we dated 19 years put those numbers together and you got a big number of years we were together we have a kid together so if you guys are still together then maybe it shouldn't have worked out. What kind of testimony would you have if you guys just separated divorced and did not get back together ever then maybe you can understand what I go through maybe a lot of people need to go through what I went through so then they can understand what I went through I'm tired of these testimonies of people people reconciling together and God work in their marriage out but then you got to look about the other people who their husbands walked out and did not come back and only not only that they divorce them and they had a kid together and my daughter is just feels like she's just put in the middle so maybe I would feel better if you guys did not work it out if y'all got a divorce and then you can tell a testimony just like mine how God brought you through this people just don't understand nothing they think they do but they don't they don't understand nothing because but what about for other people who didn't stay together they divorced how they've got a different testimony of how God brought them through think about that we want to weep and cry because our spouse is not living up to the expectations that they're expected to do or because they're in the hospital sick they complain about that but yet when they're together and they're all better and everything's great after all they went through then you can tell a testimony but you can't tell my testimony my testimony is way different than yours the only reason why the only reason why people can get happy is because God has worked out their marriage are people come home and they get all better and they're not sick no more or whatever but what can a testimony that's more better if one person or the other was to divorce each other die and never return again

WHAT NOT TO DO DURING A FAST:
1. Watching TV for long hours. This reduces your time to spend with God but also weakens your ability to be awake during the night seasons
2. Spending time chatting with people. Chatter appears to help you fit in but remember the people you are chatting with are no expecting open doors to open in their lives. Instead of chatting, go to your room or car and pray
3. Taking appetite boosters. This should be a no brainer. If you try it, you will find out what it means to feel like to are having a cardiac arrest during a fast
4. Playing catch up on your meals when breaking. Its called "cheating." It has the capacity to put your body in shock which could result in permanent health impairment
5. Sleeping instead of praying. If you do, you will wondering why you lose weight but never gain breakthroughs.
6. Strenuous workout. Unless you know how to workout using the muscle memory techniques, you could find yourself in on a drip, without your wallet and worse, the mortuary.

Activation of our faith, very well put. Fasting is a gift from God.
Prayer and fasting are expressions of faith. It would never be wrong for a Christian to pray or even to fast when trying to accomplish the will of God. It would be wrong, however, to believe that the actions of prayer and fasting are themselves sources of power. Those things are merely expressions of faith in God. His power is what accomplishes the will of God, such as for demons to be removed.
Thank you God bless you I am learning how to fast to hear God's plans for me and assignments for my life.

Fasting from food specifically is the most sacrificial fast unto the Lord

The word fasting in hebrew actually means Shut Your Mouth...in greek it means No Food.

Actually this is what we do in whole month called Ramadan which is month name according to muslims calendar as muslims, we fast all the day long for 30 days from sunrise till sunset, we pray a lot, we try to the read the whole Quran more than once, we try to help each another, specially with those who are in need, we prepare a community breaking fast feast, which is really a fascinating month where you can charge your faith and your body energy to the fullest to spend another year.

Not really dry fasting is excellent ...u can heal ur cells
