    Thank you - what a great way to start my day! Although, from the way my body felt during some of those stretches I need to do one of these every morning. I'd definitely use more videos like this.

    Thx Lucy, had not found my mat for many reasons for some time and this was a great way to awaken my body and get it moving again

    Just done this fab workout with Lucy after being recommended this by Joe…some of them I had to improvise due to currently having injury on my knees. This really helped me with my self esteem and uplifted me mentality when I have been feeling low. Thank you ❤

    Thanks so much for this. I can’t kneel on my knees or lie flat on the floor due to having knee replacements but I can adapt this and do it on my sofa! I ll be trying it,thanks x

    I ached just watching this! - adapted some of this for a seated position as long gone are the days I can sit on the floor & cross my legs!, nice to stretch & loosen up what I could tho!
    Can I also add what a lovely looking home you have (assuming it is!)!

      Me too. I have to sit on a chair, impossible to sit on the floor like Lucy. I haven’t done any yoga since before lockdown.

    That is amazing - I had a sore sore back when I started and 10 mins later I feel stretched out - found this by accident I was bout to do Joe's 7 min ab workout and saw this - so guess what Im doing next !!!

    Would you consider having a beginner who is as stiff as a board accompanies you in your yoga videos? I struggle with some of the easiest positions? I am so out of condition that I am 12cm away from being able o touch my toes. It would be nice to see someone in a similar condition being guided through the moves.
