If you're looking for the heaviest thing they've done, look up Rapid Firecannon. Definitely the one that goes all-out in terms of metal.
Also fun fact, all of their songs titles are based on names of items in-game! :D

I think he meant game that don't play much into the lore. League has a awesome lore but you don't get to experience none of that in the game, unlike games such as The Witcher

League has a story, but it is separate from what happens in the game
. This is mostly told through stories, comics and videos.
You can find this on the page of lol universe.
Here you can view a lots of histories and bios fron differents champions and her respective faction like Demacia and Noxus for example.
And this is constantly updated.
pentakill has 2 full albums: Smite and Ignite, and Grasp of the Undying
Grasp was much better than S&I. But both kicked ass

for the voice of Karthus, they got Jorn Lande, who is one of my favorite Powermetal vocalists! (ex-Masterplan, Jorn, Allen&Lande and a few more)
you should check out a few tracks from Masterplan, like "Spirit Never Die", "Sail on", "Enlighten Me"

but still, you're in for a treat, the new album is long overdue, so new material should be released this year ;) (The Singularity Phase 2: Xenotaph)
for a band that is "quite" similar, try Solution .45, which features the ex-singer Christian Älvestam, it's heavier and less sci-fi/synthi but still amazing

Easily my favorite songs from the album! Love how they brought out Kayle's voice, tho personally I wish it was Sona. Having her sing through your head would be an awesome thing lore-wise
@@IMVADER2 ye, but it kinda makes sense, her mental voice is too soft for metal. I am however a big fan of Sona with mastery 7 98k points. Also, good to see another lore fan .
Edit: I'm pretty sure she doesn't have telepathy in the current lore, and only had it with the summoners( player insert characters) in old lore.
Oh yeah, *HUGE* fan of the lore, but there's definitely too much to keep track of, so I only follow my main role (support) and my favorite champion Viktor & his battlecast lore.
Speaking of which, it's really nice that they're finally progressing the story! They said all scenes in Awaken are canon and "up to date, even if our character's haven't gotten their yet in their lore"
@@IMVADER2 if it's too much for you, I have a UA-camr that may help. If you don't know, this UA-camr called Necrit basically makes tldr versions of league lore. He is a really good story teller and he's fun to listen to while doing other stuff. Also, awaken was awesome lorewise and visually. Great way to start the season.
League has a lot of story... it just doesn't really matter in game... it's basically just background info and backstories on the characters... :D they started making comics with Marvel recently... so there is a pretty fair amount of story ...
They actually have different universes for the different skin lines and they made a lot of them link and/or make references to each other kind of like different dimensions or alternate universes.
League just did a MASSIVE lore update!! Each champion has their own story and a main story lane was just put in!! There are also ALOT of 30 minute to an hour short stories they have with either just a single champ or multiple ones. If the game doesnt interest you thats fine, but the lore is worth checking into!!

As someone else who loves games with stories, there is lore (and there will be more lore-based content coming out) but it is a bit of a wobbly-wobbly mess at the moment. Anyways, great reaction and hope you got a new one.

This was unexpected! League doesn't have a story line it's a game that centers around teamwork and objective capturing. It's a tower defense game basically but the characters and the world they live in have a very deep lore. If anyone wants to download the entire album it's free through the link in description of the League video :)
If you think it has no storyline then maybe you just know the game but the lore is so deep that the story is compelling

@@iktanmiztonton3477 its cause its a moba first before it even had any world building unlike Warcraft which had a base story on it first but the dota map just gained a lot of following that made its separate gameplay in the form of moba dota and dota2
Right now League has massive lore written/sung/drawn etc. Every character gets his own story, relations with other characters in a game. There are rivalies, friendships, love stories not only outside the game but in game too (mostly lines that they say specially to one specific character) and it grows with every new/reworked champion. Only some older ones still didn't get as much attention as they should get but it's getting updated quite quickly. Also, Riot Games created a interactive map of whole League's world and lately they got into a collaboration with Marvel so we get comics of some champions (right now only Ashe, but more are scheduled) in paper or digital version.
@@rapmabida9813 Let's be honest here, Warcraft at this point is also a mess, it became a Frankenstein monster too. New games and stupid retcons ruined the lore at this point.

MIght want to check out some of the other Pentakill songs. Since it's not an official band they're not really confined to one genre of metal, so some of them may be more to your particular tastes.
If you’re into games with story, league is coming out with 2 games about two of their champions named ekko and thresh.
Hey dude, love your view on this song. You should take a listen to RIOT- Overkill. It's a fusion between metal and dubstep. It has a pretty wicked scream in it, but i think its more to the side of metalcore. Try it maybe?

I got into league purely based on the lore/story of the characters. Not a story in a traditional sense but really cool stuff

Theres no Story telling in league of legends.. but theres a truckload of Lore behind all of the champions. :)
League has some pretty interesting lore about EVERY champion in the game.

let me tell you the Game has 160 + Playable Characters and about 99% of their stories match up to another and if you are interested Riot Games are Currently working on a league of Legends series Based on exact those lores of some Playabe Champions
