I was gobsmacked when that fellow had two handknotted rugs he wanted to toss! Both carpets are gorgeous! Glad Sarah didn’t chop them up, but wondering why she didn’t keep the other one? Ray, you are a genuine artist! The monkey sketches are brilliant and ought to be framed for sale! Incredible fabric made from them! The chair is a work of art!

I would have taken both and found a proper taker later. All that skilled artistry for the dump…nope. A Mongolian friend wanted to toss her slightly beat up Mongolian 8x10 carpet. I don’t need another hand knotted carpet, but took it to save it. Decided later I’ll use it in my walk out basement once it’s tiled.
