I'm a stay at home mom right now and I've noticed I feel exactly like how you do when not wanting to get out much or not replying and being home makes you so anxious. When I worked and would be out of the house more I didn't feel like this. I recommend finding a hobby out of the house that will help you socialize more.

It works by seeing everyday what you put and it pushes to your subconscious mind, which everything in your life is a manifestation of what you put in to your mind, but yes, this only works if you believe it does! It’s NOT to remind you what you haven’t accomplished, but it’s to push the vision in to your subconscious where everything manifests, the more you see it, the more it’ll come true 🎉 🪄 makes sense?
