- Construction mistake which can be regret of whole of your life. Mistakes in foundation construction of house which became fatal for the owner of house. This is the true story of a person who started his house and choose the wrong contractor only because he thought that he is going to sit all the time at the site so he doesn't require a cost conscious contactor.
During the foundation construction of house, he got sick so he couldn't visit site for a while and then what the house contractor did for him was fatal.

It's part of my work that no matter the Client is there at site or not, i alway bear in mind that Allah ji is always there and i am answerable to him. I built 10 Marla house in Bahria enclave C1 (owner built house for myself) each and every stage picture videos available along with receipts of all item purchased.
I am moving now abroad with family so don’t want to rent it out as tenants not take care of house that much.
It’s first move in house on prime location, front open and main double road near to park.
All the points this gentlemen is true and I took care of all these things as built it ourself (brothers and cousin)

I came here and bought a 150 years old house in UK , there are rows and rows of houses people living for hundreds of years , house building should be regulated by a reputable responsible company through country , which register local builders and examine all regularities ,

Yes you can do both. CCTV cameras idea de rahe hote hain but buhat clearly quality nahin nazar aate

It's easy said than done. Salary of Choukidar would not be more than twenty five thousand. It's not easy for him to fall prey to the temptations. Presently CCTV CAMERAS are the best option. Choukidar has to be kept but again under watch.
CCTV is more economical and relaible
Sir, please share some on field construction activity as well. Specially the process of Rafting and piling processes. Many owners are not sure of the process and fall prey to contractors incompetence. Your valued adivce would help alot. Regards.

Shanty or store is the best place to install. Internet connection will never be an issue

Chaukidar ke rehne wale kamre main. Wohh sab se pehle banta hai before you start construction or dump material
