Sharpen on your video
Add first triangle
Select copy background from effect
Then go to blending mode and change it from Normal to hardlight then add exposure/gamma from effect
Set it's value according to you then add saturation/vibrance from effect then set saturation value to 16.0%
Then add highlight and shadow from effect and set the values of both in 113%
The first stage is completed
Then duplicate the rectangle and remove all effects except copy background in the 2 nd rectangle
Then go to blending mode change the value to normal and select a colour for rectangle Accord to yourselves
Then reduce blend value hope this will help you
