@septronicdj too true. Adam Freeland and TCR to it's peak around 2001. . then other producers started coming up with monophonic non-melodic watered down crap. . Plump DJs kept it real for another 5 years or so and I believe still producing... WE NEED A BREAKBEAT REVIVAL!
this was thrown at vista club... by either bones or darious syrosyan or someone... i remember it.. holy fck!!... what a great night.. such dirty and urban beats... but they also include some tech house in there with some soul and all of the sudden you have a really cool and new sound. I was SO impressed with the night at priviledge throwing this type of records combined with tech house... i hope they make the night bigger.
+José Garcia it's amazing when you combine dubby techno beats with some breaks and some 90's sounds...changes the pace, adds flavor. just awesome. try listening to Suciu with Vlad Dinu. Romanians are excelling in this kind of music at the moment. Romania is the place to be when it comes to good music

Hate to be a cynic but I agree. Dance music's golden era was the early 90's to the mid 00's.
