      @T.A-Aviation  6 місяців тому

      Yes it was a light meal, typical Scandinavian lunch. No hot meal option during my flight✈️

    I do love SAS, though I haven't indulged in Business yet. I am thinking to do so for an upcoming flight. So I'm not too new to it, are the drinks and snacks included for the Business class? Is anything an extra charge? In premium I would get one glass of wine & soda or juice (if wanted) with the first meal, but any further drinks other than coffee and tea are charged.

      You should try it out☺️ everything on board is for free in business class, it is not like in PE that you have to order everything at the first meal without extra charge

      @T.A-adventure thank you! I do love a gin and tonic, but I would feel so embarrassed ordering then having to dig out my card as I didn't realize it wouldn't be included.

    Is the premium is 2-4-2 or 2-3-2?

    • @T.A-Aviation
      @T.A-Aviation  5 місяців тому

      Sorry, my mistake. It is 2-3-2 layout. I was thinking about the A350, there it is 2-4-2 layout in premium economy

    very good vid. thnx. Food seems very average. Plus they do not offer a First class cabin anymore. Hopefully Air France will take over

      I think till the early 90ties. First was called ROYAL VIKING, and then they offered a bixclass and economy.@@T.A-Aviation

    No, SAS in NOT the national carrier for the scandinavian countries! It was, once upon a time, but not now....

    • @T.A-Aviation
      @T.A-Aviation  4 місяці тому

      Hmm… maybe the term national carrier was wrong to use here, agree with you on that😅

    • @markusolofzon
      @markusolofzon Місяць тому

      It’s a flag carrier as it holds the three countries flags as a mark and serves as an official airline in many ways for royals, politicians and for official missions like crisis evacuations. SAS also serves many remote places in Scandinavia which are subsidized by the government’s to provide connections both for people and trade with those places.

    • @wegian3471
      @wegian3471 Місяць тому

      @@markusolofzon NO it does not! It used to be that way, not anymore. That politicians fly them is due to the fact that they get bonus points for their travels, paid by the taxpayers. By your logic, Norwegian should be the flag carrier of Norway due solely to it's name. Royals will fly Norwegian, KLM, Lufthansa etc....The airline that serves the most remote places, in Norway at least, is Widerøe which is now owned by Norwegian. Your logic is outdated and flawed....
