Ohh my favorite jollibee items are adobo rice, gravy, spicy chicken sandwich and peach mango pie. And I’m so lucky cause it’s only down the street from me🤩
we do have our spaghetti differently. usually there's a some type of way a family makes it. Usually kids have that type, the sweet saucy type, we also have some italian style which typically adults have. Jollibee is advertised as it would take you back to your childhood, hence, the sweet style
If smiley is a person, you are the best example of it. Your smile is contagious!! Also, the Filipino spaghetti is unique because we use Banana Ketchup instead of Tomato sauce. The fries taste good when you dip it in sundae ice cream. The adobo fried rice tastes good if you do a chicken skin wrap. You just wrap your rice in chicken skin and put a little gravy. I love this vlog so much. More power. My faves are pie, chicken sandwich and hope you can try their palabok, chocomallow pie and burger steak next time ❤
I remember when I first discovered your og channel! We uploaded our first food reviews around the same time and you popped up in my suggestions. Needless to say, I deleted mine and subscribed to you 😂. Keep up the great work Erin! You're awesome 😎
I usually buy an order of the large gravy on the side so that i can freeze it. Once frozen, i cut it into quarters and ziplock it and take a quarter out to defrost it when i need it. Just make sure to defrost it properly and mix properly while in the microwave and maybe put a little bit of water.
I would feel like a little kid too. I've been wanting to try Jollibee forever but I'm in Alabama so I would be making a serious road trip lol. I'm living vicariously thru you right now! Love ya! ❤️
We grew up eating sweet spaghetti sauce, so when we taste the usual italian tomato sauce, we got culture shock because of its sourness. It is also the same for those who aren't used to eat banana based sauce.
That’s why chicken is so flavorful full of flavor cuz you need to eat it with the adobo rice. Then it will all be balanced like a marriage made in heaven 😂😂😂
We usually have regular tomato 🍅 catsup as our dip for d fries...crisscut fries...halo-halo ( just a taste of it only bec d best ones got a tall glass with jackfruit strips...yam, leche flan ( like pudding) on top...shaved ice at the bottom part with banana con hielo, nata de Coco, corn cereals, pearls, beans , rice crispies, red yellow red jellies, macapuno, condensed milk...some version scoop of ice cream on top plus a slice of cheese.. ...yup ALOHA burger...before there we could avail large fries with mayo on toppings with grated cheese bacon bits chili con carne... that's really flavorful...also we enjoy fries while eating with sundae cone could be plain vanilla with chocolate on top...I think chicken burger must have lettuce and slice of cheese too with pickle and cucumber plus slice of tomato 😊❤👍

7:56 Yes that spaghetti is a filipino thing actually! I'm a filipino so believe me when I say that in every birthday party, a sweet filipino style spaghetti will never be absent😂
I really loved the Jollibee in San Diego when I went but then I tried it here in NJ and maybe the location I went to wasn’t good and they messed up my order. Forgot my drink and then gave me a big container of spaghetti that I didn’t order.
If they have a red ribbon bakery store do a Filipino dessert mukbang Cheese esemada ube purple yam esemada there both Spanish bread Slice of supreme mango cake Ube cake slice Chocolate slice cake And MOMON butter sponge cake and any log cake that looks good to you Lastly halo halo shave ice dessert The proper way to eat rhe halo halo is sample the ice cream then sample the flan Then you can mix it all together Hope there is a red ribbon bakery by that jolliebee
Filipino palate in general isn’t too extreme, hence you get subtle flavors on the adobo, or maybe in the chicken. It leans to the neutral flavor. The gravy has been there since old days, and it’s the way it is, something that packs punch. American palates are kinda extreme, like too sweet or too salty, but straight up. So if you feel these jollibee dishes aren’t too strong, it’s kinda tweaked already for the majority’s taste. And that’s the pinoy spaghetti - “sweet”..
@@ErinEats101 there's some strong flavors in the pinoy palate too, like bago-ong, buro and the love for durian, but i'll let you discover them, if you really wanna explore more
