Hey Petar! long time man, hope you're doing well bro. Much of what you are explaining is mgmt/ leadership theory. Institutional culture is a very real threat but can also be the competitive advantage a company needs to thrive. We can see this with the "woke" culture that is threatening many business today; When leadership is HR, it is time for new leadership.
That was not my intention with the video, but I obviously didn't enunciate myself as well as I could have. What I was implying was that institutions _feel_ like they're dictated from the top down, but everyone, unconsciously or consciously participates in crafting the institution they're a part of. You can think of UA-camrs and the audience. It can feel like the big UA-camrs have all the power and dictate to their fans/audience what the audience will watch. And yet the biggest advice to new UA-camrs is to target a niche and look at what that niche wants in terms of language/content etc. And so the audience therefore puts pressure on the creators to create the content they want to see. And this is how you get the phenomenon of people chasing the algorithm, as the algorithm tracks what the audience wants, and many creators feel trapped by this need to please their audience. So it's not so cut and dry.
Even though I I have subscribed to this channel youtube is adamant on not notifying me when you upload! Either way glad to see you continue uploading quality content. I was wondering if you would be interested in looking at a youtube channel known as "Unlearning Economics", and perhaps make a youtube video about your thoughts.
And it's hit or miss whether I see a notification for a new comment or indeed a reply to a comment I've made. All I can say (if you see this), is to hit the bell icon. Funnily enough, that channel has just become recommended for me, and I watched one about housing that was pretty good. I haven't seen any other videos yet, so can't really comment now. But if I come across bad economics there, I'll be sure to make videos on it! Also I've got a few EE videos in the pipeline.
