Its like when you're talking you have to concentrate on every word just to put them in the right order and even the letters in the right order. The ability of natural intonation leaves you and you have a tendency to speak in monotone or unnatural intonation as you attempt to compensate. The act of speaking becomes challenging which totally robs the person of the ability to let the thoughts flow freely. If you've never experienced it, you really have no idea.
