Kurt, if you see 02:00, the guy's reactions immediately to adjust yours and Stephen's (Shmaagh-headcover) because it's important culturally at the moment to recognize outsiders, especially in the city of Tikrit because of !s!s, and the police duty is to protect own citizens + tourists. I've watched your content for years! Cheers & love from Iraq
The police were spooked by what you were wearing.
You would have been better off wearing western clothing.
Very dumb of them to do
He should do more research. Incredibly ignorant of him
@@WaterOn-e4iI think the 3 million + subscribers has really boosted his ego
I agree he looks like an isis member, white with traditional Iraqi clothing.
Wow such nice people! It's amazing how they look at you guys like you're royalty from another planet. Be careful guys!
Bruh, I swear I’ve been refreshing your channel nonstop waiting for new bangers. We love you, Kurt! Can’t believe you’re actually in my country-guess I gotta start calling you Sheikh Kurt now!
That call for prayer while the dogs are barkin and military calling you over 😭 What a mess!
The whole landscape looked like a place straight out of a nightmare, and the fact Kurt thought they were playing music in the background is hilarious
Watching your videos and all the experiences makes me realize I have to step out of my comfort zone and start seeing the world.
Man, you are amazing. You are great. You astonished me because I lived in every foot of that video and now I live in the USA and I have a lot of mixed feelings brainstorming when I’m watching this video OMG
this country dude.. massive respect...

The Iraqi guy pointed towards Abo-mehdi almohandes, one of the main counter-terrosim leaders who fought against ISIS. He was assassinated by America during trump’s time as he was described a terrorist even though he is a “hero” in Iraq. That’s why he asked “do you know him”.
US Foreign Policy destroyed Iraq and the pretenses were completely illegal to begin with. Now the US has moved its "strategic interest" to the South China Sea. If Taiwan sees Ukraine and the Middle East as an example then I wouldn't be very excited for the future.

I’m from Kurdistan crazy you’re going there. it’s an amazing country. Respect Kurt
Hi Kurt I am from Baghdad and a New Zealander , I’ve been following your travels around South America and south east Asia I’ve been in the same places but never had the courage and the adventures you’ve had that’s why I have a big respect for you ,
I can relate and understand you sentiments and feelings while traveling in Iraq believe me I have the same when I go every 10 years for a short visit albeit I grew up there and speak the language.
Keep going mate you are living a good life enjoy it .

I love these videos showing how welcoming the Iraqi ppl are. You guys have brass balls! Be safe!
Absolutely fantastic video Kurt! Thanks so much for sharing what the real Iraq looks like and what the people are like. Especially for us in the States, it always feels like everyone is a out to hurt us or is a terrorist. Seems like there are some real nice people there just trying to live their lives peacefully. Love your videos, love your content!! Cheers!
The “Fuck me” at 25:33 caught me off guard ngl i’m dying 😂
Wonder how the Kurds react when you tell them that your name is Kurt😂
They say Hi Kurt
It’s a good day when uncle Caz uploads dangerous videos
Oh man this was literally a nightmare. It's good you made it to Kurdistan, you will definitely enjoy every moment in there.
Hope all has been well Kurt, thank you for the amazing uploads brother!!

It’s so good to see Iraq doing better. It’s awful what happened in the region.
I missed you, Kurt, thankful for another video, always going where no one else would. Stay safe. ❤❤❤
I love how Kurt always finds like the nicest people! Great Video!
13:30 actually showing the graves is such a “good” move. You always try to show the real sides of the areas you’re in. I think it is more respectful to show what actually happens and to talk about it than it is to ignore the truth.
Hell yeah my 2 favorite UA-camrs posted today
Very nice!! Was curious who your other favorite one is?

With everything going on in LA life has been rough, but I screamed for joy when I saw Kurt posted a new video!! Never leave us Kurt!! You’re our general!! 🫡🫡🫡💚
noone here gives a shit about a little fire in la
Dude actually just watched a vid about war-torn Iraq and complains about his "rough" situation in LA lol, get over yourself bro

Struggle is real!
Dude no wonder they keep following you guys 😂 you're the only 2 idiots walking around with a head dress on and the dress thing !!! Just dress normal everyone there was dressed normal too 😂😂You stood out like a sore thumb !!!
Nah its your race lol
@oldfashionedwrx3574 do you mean my race? Or their race?? Because it's both the same lol I'm white too!! Maybe that is why but I think they stood out even more being white and being the only ones walking around in the head dress shit lmao 🤣
@ when youre white in these countries you stand out, ive been to over 42 countries and it happens lol
@oldfashionedwrx3574 that's exactly what I was thinking too.. I'm sure the head dress and the robes made it 100 times worse and then they wonder why they're being followed!! Probably think they're military or spies or something lol They look absolutely ridiculous walking around in that shit, They'd have a better time just walking around normally in normal clothes, maybe with a hat on !!
literally 😂
Thanks for showing our history as an Assyrian ❤
What does that mean, "Assyrian". I've heard the term before but dont know its meaning
@@fizzlebizzle8855we are Assyrian people Google us an ethnic native people living in the Middle East we are the people of Assyria
@@fizzlebizzle8855 Assyrian empire originally inhabited this place and many other countries that are now what we call the middle east, beginning over 3000 years ago

It's so funny, I was just about to comment he's just like Harald's Haputale yes man at around 57 minutes and then you literally said it Kurt 😂 love your videos been watching for years 😊

Love that you always meet locals to hang with. Makes the unknown seem so much more casual
Kurt, you are certifiably nuts. I wish I could be more like you. Keep living life to the fullest and creating these videos. They are inspirational.
Poor cats in the cages
This is the Kurt content I like
This is a crazy video to watch. Thank you Kurt for showing this to the world. Unbelievable, but this did happen and its absolutely terrible what people had to endure
Ye man fr can’t even imagine it, horrific especially for Christians or other variations on the “religion of peace”
Wow!!! This was out 2 hrs when I saw it. The first video I saw yesterday. You really know how to pick the least traveled, highly dangerous locations. Cheers to your bravery on this one. May you both leave in peace after finding the grave. Your coverage of the place where people were killed and pushed into the river was wrenching. The photos of those killed on the walls keep us reminded of them and what happened.
Those rooms, at the end, were definitely VIP-worthy, and not kidnapped was a huge bonus.. Thumbs up!
If you want to visit Iraq as a tourist, just go to Basra. It is the most beautiful province, the people there are peaceful, and it is a modern and clean city. Moreover, the weather there is beautiful and wonderful.
Thanks for showing what that beautiful country looks like presently! When I left Mosul in 2009 it was almost scorched earth smh. Maqloub mountain and the Christian villages at the base will always be in my memories. The women would send out there kids with the best chai tea I’ve ever had. In return I’d give them all the toys, ⚽️, and candies from our MREs we had lol. Broke up the savageness that’s for sure!!
Just an idea , you should go to the local police station and show them your channel and explain your intention is to bring positivity to Iraq. Instead of complaining that the police are harrassing you.
💯👍
but then again he can't cash in the drama and be the poor victim
They will see it now. Kurt Caz will eventually go down in history as a rare true journalist celebrating cultures and showing the reality.
lmao. yeah, try that kurt. lmao.
you aren't very bright, sir.
Fabulous video, the best so far imo, much respect!
Man, you make me laugh so much, I love your videos
1,2,3,4! 🤣 That was brilliant
Kurt is back!
In Baghdad, it is normal for women to walk in the streets, but there are certain places they may prefer to avoid because they might feel uncomfortable or unsafe. However, in public places like malls or parks, you are more likely to see women
Thank you Kurt for your in depth investigation of Isis brutality of 10 years ago.
Finally Kurt is adventuring again. Much love from Mario Kart!
🤔🧐
This is one of your best videos so far imo. Loved it.🤎
Bros in an active warzone and mad about security hahahaa
every time I want to hate your videos I wind up loving them. thank you for this journey!
