Creamy four cheese tortellini recipe | the creamiest pasta

Here is another addition to my pasta series
I have made some simple but delicious creamy tortellini. You can use this sauce to add to any pasta you like, I tried some four cheese filled tortellini this time. Enjoy
Ingredients
-1 pack fresh pasta (or any pasta)
-1 onion
-Handful of Fresh coriander
-1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika, herbs and red crushed chillies
-Tomato purée
-1/4 stick butter
-1 tub single cream
-6 cloves garlic crushed
-1 veg or chicken oxo cube
