I’m following you because I need the motivation. My son (second child) is now 15 months old. I’m still breastfeeding him like I did with his sister but this time around I’ve been a massive pig eating far too much junk food. I’m now classed as obese, never been that high (when not pregnant). I feel ashamed of myself because I did so well losing weight after the birth of my daughter, that wasn’t SW but still I know I can do it. You’ve inspired me, I’ve done SW in the past and I really like it so I think Monday (most realistic for me once my daughter is back at school) I’ll start. Now I am still breastfeeding albeit only 4-5 times in a 24 hour period. I’m not giving myself anything extra just the 1 B and 2 A choice and 15 syns.
Don’t give yourself a hard time it’s much more difficult second time round and I don’t mean weightloss I mean everything 😂 two little ones isn’t double it’s everything you literally lose your day your night totally all consuming ( but worth it) 😴😴😴😴 so give yourself a break take it step by step set small goals and you will get there xxxxx you got this we all find ourselves again xxxx 🙌🏼

Well done getting back on plan, great explanation, I love SW it works for me, I have lost 4stone so I had a good hip replacement January last, surgeon said it makes their job so much easier. I feel like a new person back to full recovery. Look forward to your next vlog.
I love my group. Honest down to earth people who have become friends celebrating weight loss, golden weddings, birthdays. All with the help and wisdom of a lovely lady who has been where we are there too!
Have you ever thought about coming a slimmingworld consultant, as you are very good at it I have done slimmingworld since 2013. And lost nearly 7 stone, I find it harder to keep at goal. Xx

@clairemariehoward I am a mental health nurse and work nights 12 hours, so that keeps my exercise going lol 😆 😅. + I don't really buy treats and if I want a chocolate or crisp, I buy one or I would eat the lot. Happy New Year Claire. I have been exactly like you and totally given up on following the plan. Back on it today though. I am not weighing in for about 4 weeks (target member and social team member) as I want to be back in target again plus get back to the bottom of my target so I need to lose about 11 lbs. I started running in my fifties, absolutely loved it and ran 5 k 3-4 times a week. The buzz you get is like nothing else, sadly due to my health I cannot do it any more. I miss it so much though. I love the protein bagels but get the Aldi ones (Still HeB) and cheaper. I make pizzas in the air fryer with mine, usually for lunch. I buy grated mozzarella as it is easier to use. Good luck for 2025, I think I am going to take measurements too xx

Hi Claire, thanks for the inspo! I'm back from Thailand with a 2lb gain, which is pretty good going for 17 days in a hotel. I used the gym alot and ran 5-8km every 2-3 days. Now I am back on plan on SW Online, and I've added the complication of Veganuary 😅 I'll be following your journey as I work on losing the 20lbs I've regained since April.
I went back to class this morning I haven’t been able to go for weeks and I’ve gained 4 lbs! I know if I follow the plan I can get back on track! Happy New Year! x

I did rejoin in November and I am now heavier than when I rejoined BUT I am not going to let that bother me. 2025 is going to be my real new start. I have my friend's wedding in 6 months time and I need to lose 3 stone, 3 pounds to get to TARGET 🎯. I found your recap of the plan got me thinking so many thanks for that. Planning is key and I intend to plan and prepare for my new year, new start weight loss journey. The extra pounds are really impacting my mobility due to the pressure on my arthritic body. Each good has a syn value on slimming world so you just need to check the value on sw app or in books I’m not sure of a way to just work it out and you can have 5-15 syns per day x Cx
Happy New Year! 🎊 I popped some batteries in the scales this morning and I've somehow only put half a lb on over Christmas. I've set a goal of losing 12lbs though, which would put me back at the weight I was in August which I think I was most happy with. There's an insane amount of chocolate in this house though so I'm going to need some serious restraint 😂 hope you have a great week!
