- Paint a calming abstract scene in a circle using watercolour, coloured pencils and acrylic markers. I love the magical undersea vibes in this painting and in the video, I share my process for creating this flowy, swirly watercolour painting.

So calming and lovely, Lou. It makes me think of one of those sand art things that’s different every time. Not sure if you know what I’m talking about.
Thank you! Yes I know the sand pictures, I used to have one!
This is absolutely beautiful! ❤ And I enjoyed watching you create it, as I'm a beginner and the commentary helps with direction. This will be fun to paint this weekend!
Thank you so much! Happy painting!
So nice to see you posting again…..lovely composition of blues & greens with fine added details…🙂🇨🇦
Thank you so much 😀 glad you enjoyed it!
This is so incredibly relaxing to watch…I know it will be as relaxing to paint, if not more so. These are always some of my favorite art projects…where you find the beauty in the randomness. This will be on my list of projects this weekend for sure. I love this! ❤
Just discovered your channel. This is incredible. You explained everything so well. You have a new subscriber.😊👍
Thank you I hope you enjoy painting it!
Thank you! Welcome!
This is gorgeous, and it looks like a lot of fun! Thank you for sharing this with us! 🌻
You are so welcome!
Lovely new way to play with watercolor. I have found, like you, something soothing about creating circle art on square wc books, and it's always fun paging through a finished book. Thank you for so many wonderful ideas!
Thank you! I don't know why I find circles so satisfying but I do love them!
This is beautiful, and fascinating to watch it come together.
Thank you!
This looks so magical, thankyou Lou, great to see you back❤
Thank you! It’s good to be back :)

Thank you so much!
This is absolutely gorgeous. The process is mesmerising from start to finish, and I can't wait to have a go. Really looking forward to seeing what else you've got in store for us ❤
Thank you so much! Happy painting!
So pretty! I see a beta fish turning left, tail toward the center. Watercolors tend to bleed through my white poscas. Good to see yours didn’t!
Glad you like it! I've got some white poscas that don't perform as well as this one does over watercolour, I've found them to be inconsistent!
Hi Lou, so happy you are back again. I like watching your videos so much❤
Thank you so much! I'm so glad!
I love those colours which remind me so much of the ocean. It was a beautiful creation so thanks for posting it 🌸
My pleasure 😊
Magnificent. I so enjoy all you create, Lou. With appreciation. 🌸
Lovely mixture of media and colors.

It looks more like a galaxy in the sea 🙂.
fabulous idea! beautiful, reminiscent of the earth. were the watercolor pencils used dry? I did not see you blend them with a damp brush. i am really enjoying your process
Thank you! Yes I used them dry, they didn't need to be watercolour pencils really but that's what I had on hand.
So, today I've started my version, exciting to see how it looks when it's dry. After that there will be pens and markers.
I hope it went well!
New subscriber! 🎉🎉🎉
Welcome!!
Ooooo. This is gonna be fun!
Thanks! Hope you enjoy it!
I've just had a go at this, not anywhere near as beautiful as yours but I loved doing it, so calming and relaxing
Wonderful! So glad you enjoyed your painting time

Thank you!
This is really inspiring, thank you! 🎨❤️
You are so welcome!
so pretty & very peaceful to work on. thank you!
You’re welcome!
Yours is beautiful, mine is not. I tried this and it was a fail! 😒
Oh no! I have 'learning experiences' when painting sometimes - that's what I call them anyway!
