The biggest problem with them being unscaled is they get to make all kinds of mistakes and still be bailed out with their stats, but most invaders can only make one or two before being wrecked. It really is the worst that they will be so pretentious when they rely on such an underhanded security blanket.

This issue gets worse and worse the lower levels you pvp at . Sl15 invasions I had 10ish in a day.
I was playing at mid 30s and 3/4 of the invasions consisted of this. Super unfun. Have to pack the sacred flame /w bow just for them
