Beautiful design with great features and specifications. How many are sold and flying as of the end of 2017? What does it cost with the larger battery capacity and folding prop. Will you be displaying at Oshkosh and Sun N Fun in 2018?

Do you know the runway length needed for takeoff?

An airplane that doesn't bounce on landing... now THAT'S a technology we all need.

Looks cool... but will wait for the two seater for demos / flight training...

Beautiful, but I wonder how long it takes to charge, you got two hours in a day, but I am sure you need at least 6 hours to charge

Gliding thermal to thermal you could go hundreds of miles with 2 hours of powered flight available.

Barskor1 The world record in an un powered glider is around 1200 km so with power if you were a glider champ you could go pretty far.

apperently 2501km is the best and many other that are better than 1647km. www.stuff.co.nz/national/3155973/Gliding-on-to-a-world-record

Cut the price to 30k and I bet you can move 30k units a year. At least.

Very nice aircraft. Your design looks identical to the Song by Melody Aircraft. Which came first? Who copied who? I'm guessing the electric plane was based on the Song because their airframe was ideal for the electric motor/battery pack installation. How many are sold and flying in the US? Any used models available? $59K is very steep for many recreational flyers. The 2 stroke gas engine Song is $45K so your aircraft (although I see the advantages) is expensive. Analyzing the market and your product from a business perspective, if you bring the price down to a more affordable level, you will sell many more and build a much more substantial and sustainable company. Manufacturers and buyers both have a choice, but if those choices are not aligned, than neither gets what they want from the object of their passion.

Love this plane, not sure it’s worth 60k though

Is it good as an airplane? Does it have enough power (you can never have enough)? Is it aerobatic?
I would tweak the empenage design to make it slightly more efficient.
At $59,000, it would cost far less than any LSA and $9000 more than the Quicksilver GT 500 two-seat "ultralight".

Electric flight... its always one man ultralight gliders.. You will not see electric in normal GA or any higher class aircraft any time soon. Which doesn't mean its not interesting (as an electronics engineer point of view).
