You know what's wild, they use freezers for defrosting meat that's been outside, because the meat is so frozen, it tooks about 2 days to be completely defrosted at room temperature (when the inside of the meat is starting to defrost, the outside becomes spoiled).

Fun fact, Yakutsk is NOT even the coldest populated settlement on Earth, it's actually the little town in that region called Oymiakon (was shown on his phone, by the way), where the recorded temperature was -72.3 or something like that
Another fun fact: Cold kills up to 7 times more people annually than extreme heat. So, I guess picking desert actually gives you more chances than if you'd got lost in Taiga forest at -50

Ah, finally, my element. Welcome to my side ofnthe world, where the cold takes time to leave. Although he seems to be in a place where its 19 degrees colder than me, sheesh
Normal cold here is between -17c to -39c, with wind factor it's -23c to -44c. Mind you, we get those temperatures about 2 to 3 months per during the year, sometimes only 1 1/2 months.

Yeah.. Yakutia has so much diamonds, it can shit them all over the Europe, cover it in 1cm solid blanket and still gonna be plenty left! AND that's only those they can dig out for now, because of the permafrost, it's very difficult to do the mining. Imagine if that region gets those "global warming" vibes, they'll be one of the richest regions on the planet

Horse meat is one of the main sources of meat in Yakutia, yes, Dub... they have Yakut horses, who adapted to the environment so well, they stay outdoors all the time, it's not Western culture, you eat in these conditions what the nature has to offer, because Amazon does NOT deliver there in Yakutia. 🤭🤭
