Heat over 90 makes them drop too. Some early ones drop naturally too
We get heat in the 90s regularly as long as it's in the lower 90s they don't fall, but they become sensitive to any other factors when they get warm
They will also drop weaker flowers if you have too many flowers budding from the same node. I have some habeneros with up to 8 flowrs trying to grow from the same node, so i will pick off the weaker ones.
Minerals. One of the main things people forget is the importance of minerals. I grow in Canada and get amazing peppers in a colder climate. The wetness and cold is definitely a factor when flowers start dropping but I notice that when I plant in planter boxes without proper potassium and other minerals like calcium or rock phosphate I always get flower drop.
thank you for your advice

So many variables. Some of my indoor peppers lost all their leaves. Turns out I was over watering, like you said peppers do not like wet feet. : )
My pepper plants drop their flowers at 38 degrees Celsius too
most vegetable plants will drop flowers when it gets that hot. try cooling them down
