- Pokemon games are typically pretty easy. For most gym battles, you can just pick a type that's super effective against the gym leader's specialty and win the battle easily. Well let's shake things up, shall we? Today we're making an evil Pokemon League, with teams that are as difficult or as annoying as possible.

I would have given the first gym leader 3 mons with Dragon Rage, as early game you don't rely as much in type effectiveness.
And give no ice and fairy types early game with no mons in game that outspeed till after first gym is just pure evil.
The most evil thing you can do is make a pokemon without weaknesses with wonder guard and removed every single mold breaker mon in the game/ give a new ability
could still beat it with status moves or indirect damage like destiny bond
@@larkin2653 technically no because if your entire team has destiny bond if you stoll blackout you dont get the badge sonce destiny bond lets you die first which is a lose

@@gavinaaricPokemon could still lose to hazards (spikes, stealth rock), sandstorm damage and could be burned before toxic orb activated
Somehow this is more fair than the typical Kaizo hack that add a level cap for every Gym so you're always underpowered and just shy of evolving any mon you could have access to, give enemy trainers high tier moves and mons incredibly early, not giving the player access to these options until endgame if you're lucky or in the post game if you're lucky, giving enemy trainers much higher level mons on top of the player's level cap, making some trainers and wild encounters break the 100 level cap so you can suffer and not repel spam away the wild encounters if the hack even gives you the option to buy repels with the meager amount of money they give anyway.
At least you could probably catch those level 100+ wild Pokemon...?

You can always give an absolutely awful Pokemon as one of your only options in a normal game. Like having a Pokemon with good stats (500+ total) that can only learn defense boosting moves and Last Resort, but has a Truant-like ability that restores PP on off turns. This means it uses a move, then must restore the PP next turn. There is no escape. You must suffer.
My team would be:
1. Tera Electric Shedinja with Lum Berry
2. Eelektross with Ability Shield
3. Contrary Shuckle with Infestation, Toxic, Rest, and Shell Smash
4. Smeargle with Spore, Lock-On, Sheer Cold, and Night Shade
5. Mew with Block, Imprison, Transform, and Recover
6. Choice Band Mega Rayquaza because why not?
