I think level 140 without safeguard 21 is like 4b average. I think your best bet is to go for 18* everything, and 21* if you still have meso leftover 1 equip at a time.
Theres also another 5/10/15 3 weeks later where you can fix your gear with more spares and more meso.
I used the japanese set with akechi weapon, it got me to solo nlomien and boost my progression so hard

hey mate, i have an adele 234 with 5 meso lines and 4 drop lines like you said (no meso/drop inner ability), but today i farm 2 hours with WAP and Legion buff and just made 450m per hour at Earth Spirit map, do you know why this is happening?

The rates sound about right for earth spirits. The map is awkward to loot even with a vac pet. If you are feeling like it’s low rates, try see how many mobs you kill per hour (using a battle analysis). If you’re killing about 20k an hour, you’ll probably make 500m/hour.

Wait just run a sup belt. It has 35 attack. You lose 4 att and 5 crit dmg for 30 boss and ied.
