i dont have much time to be online anymore but every time i open this site i get to see everyones comments and it just puts me in a place where i can barely comprehend how its changed the trajectory of your lives for some of you. when i made this i didnt even think about the reception it would get because at the time being a fan of trigun was like eating cobwebs. it is so surreal to have this video open and see the recommended videos so saturated with trigun amvs and animatics. if you had told me in 2021 that id be seeing this only two years later i would not have believed you. to see so many of you say that this video of mine got you into trigun, or that youve watched this multiple times over, or that its something you actively come back to, is so genuinely touching to me. i am so lucky to be able to know that there are people i have never met that i have had enough of an impact on for you to go and watch/read this media and for you to come back and tell me how it has positively impacted you. it may not even be that deep but it has made me cry several times. it probably sounds silly to say this over a small video but its probably just hitting me hard because i havent had the opportunity to work on any piece of art this big since i finished it. the last few years ive been so wrapped up with having to work that within the last few weeks im just starting again to even have the ability to sit down and draw anything. it is such a weird physical sensation to draw and watching myself do it feels like watching another person because i just havent seen this tangible setup of my hand holding an instrument to paper for so long. before now i would forget i am capable of making anything until im reminded when i open this site every other month and have new notifications to read, where there is proof that at one point in time i was able to make something that other people can appreciate this much. it has been so fucking rough. i mean it when i say thank you from the bottom of my heart. when you talk about how this video was one of your introductory pieces to trigun i just think about how my own introduction was on a rare out-of-town trip with a family friend to attend a graduation ceremony, and i got to visit a barnes and noble along the way. they didn't carry any BBB volumes but had this other thing made by the same guy that i ended up leaving with instead. and i got into BBB because my partner asked me to watch it with them for a character's design, but they were scared by the amount of blood and didnt want to watch alone (lol). they got into it because their brother was watching it at home a little bit before he left for school and they saw that character in passing. i can attribute me being introduced to trigun through multiple dependent things but no matter what it still feels so "by chance" in comparison to just how much of my life it subsequently occupied. right now i cant say it plays as active of a role in my life as it did 5 years ago but no matter the scale of how much trigun has impacted you i am so grateful to have been a part of it, because thats all i could have ever asked for
you are a beautiful artist and creator. you have touched the hearts of many, including mine. thank you for sharing your story and I hope wherever life takes you, the destination gives you the peace you are looking for, because you certainly deserve it.

Coming back to rewatch this video after finally having finished reading the trigun maximum manga and I'm still blown away not only by the sheer amount of references in this video but also by how much effort it must've taken to draw everything and edit it to make it perfectly line up with BBB's second ending. As a fervient fan of Trigun/Trigun Maximum, I can hardly put into words how much I love your animation, especially now that we have a new adaptation, that even though it's not bad, I would've loved for them to adapt the whole manga in it's entirety. So this literally brings tears to my eyes, to see what it could have been... Thank you so much for this! I will treasure it and watch it constantly 😍
I've lost count of how many times I've watched this ever since I finished stampede and a friend sent this to me, but I'm sure I'm gonna watch it a lot more in the future. The original BBB ending this is based on for me was a pretty big step down compared to the first ending, or at least that's what I thought at first, but at the end of every episode I would watch it again and every time I would catch more and more references, and at some point I loved it just as much as the first one. Now I'm gonna start reading the trigun manga, and as I do I'm sure that every time I come back and watch this again I'll be able to recognice more and more references, and I really can't even imagine how much I'll apreciate this video when I'm done if I already love it this much. thanks for making this!
