ngl, I have always found memorizing way harder, connecting everything together is the easiest part, and the most fun
Yes! I take biology and my teacher provides really nice notes and I've never gotten lower than an A on any tests!!

thanks for this! im starting another semester soon and i have to get serious about studying..i was in a rut of only listening to lectures and writing all the notes verbatim and using colored pens..then only looking back once it was time for a test..taking genetics, O chem and calculus i hope to get all A's lol

I can't thank you enough. Im a sophmore in high school and I'm taking AP bio for the first time. Its so difficult, I don't understand anything, my grade is already a C, and I have a test in 4 days that I haven't studied for because of how stressed I am that I don't understand any of the concepts. I'm this 🤏 close to dropping down to honors biology. I'll use your method and see if I don't completely fail this test.

I’m taking microbiology online and quizlet is the MVP 😎😎. Love how we can just make flash cards. The more you familiarize yourself with material, the better off you’ll be on exams.

I watched your video last semester and I didn’t take biology seriously. I ended up failing with a D and now I’m re taking it this semester, with the same professor. You can’t get through biology just on memorization it's so true!

When you mention notes from textbook, i feel kinda sad because I don't even know what kind of textbook I should use. I really wish I could prepare myself better next semester than I could in this semester. Thanks for this helpful video

Natasha, about how many hours per day do you think is sufficient to study for a biology exam? For example my biology instructor is making us cover 4 chapters I find myself spending several hours a day studying but I have been told that I could be over doing it
Do you think you can give an example of how you extrapolate important information from a text book to write on your notes? I have trouble in this. I just find myself rewriting everything on my notes. And one more question - do you make sure you understand a chapter completely before moving on to the next chapter? Or as long you have some rudimentary understanding of the chapter?
