Which city is the best for cycling and great local shops and being able to live on a quiet street: Amsterdam or Utrecht?
For cycling, utrecht is way better than amsterdam. There are a few dangerous or crazy intersections in utrecht, but cyclists in amsterdam don't stop for anything. Not even other cyclists.
