For your backups and non seasonal scents you can get a storage tub to put them away in to free up space

If you have fragrances on the shelves that are out of season, I wonder if you could tuck those under the acrylic stands you have them displayed on to make some room. I feel like whenever I buy a new fragrance I’m playing Tetris to make room! Lol
