Errrol lost against Crawford the same way he won against other fighters. Like a true champion at heart. He tried his best every time he enters the ring. He is still one of the best fighters today….

These new boxing fans are too emotional cause I’ve always said that Spence has not improved since the amateurs, he’s gotten stronger, without adding on dimensions, which was his biggest mistake. He’s gonna have to really cherry pick and be careful now, cause Crawford exposed him.

But what does that really say about Spence? That he's still the same underdeveloped fighter , not a complete or versatile one and that he has to be kept away from certain fighters! Even that is a dangerous game, because if you think back, Tony H. said how Tim wasnt this and wasnt that and all the rest! But, he beat T like he owned him didnt he? Boxing's way, way more complex than that..

Bomac is the type of trainer that makes a fighter find another gear within himself he never knew he had.

This is the first time for me listening to Bomac and I love the brother. His message and method can work in any sport and/or industry. Beautiful Brother and love him. Stay blessed.

That’s how parents should approach their children.
Love them the same, apply your love, attention, effort and time equally. Each child will be different and they may or may not compete in similar interests, they may be ages apart and younger may be influenced by older, no matter how the chips fall in their own acceptance of themselves, there will be no question in their minds that they were treated differently.

Bomac is a 'great nurturer'. I love seeing and hearing him ringside with Bud, saying "come on Bud", "hey we gotta go", "oh he hurt!", etc ....... visceral as well as intellectual motivations.

On that night BUD CRAWFORD showed everyone why he is THE POUND FOR POUND FIGHTER OF HIS GENERATION… I SALUTE BOMAC, 💯 TRAINER OF THE YEAR 2023… I’m a BIG FAN of both fighters but I’m 💯 convinced the outcome in the rematch will be the same or worse for Spence…. HANEY should not even attempt to go near BUD CRAWFORD… that’s a CAREER ENDING MOVE….

I wasnt surprised, Bud i believe is one of those few timeless fighters and would have thrived in any era. Also I've watched Spence and not once has he made me go wow, while from the first time I have watched Bud, I've thought there was something really special there.

Boxing must get rid of the idea that if you lose, you have lost everything. Boxing is a profession, not a sport. Respect these professionals and understand how much they sacrifice in such a small window of opportunity. I've followed Bud for a very long time. He has been avoided like the plague. Errol Spence did not have an off night. Errol is a proven champ with many title defenses, smashing the best in the game. Bud Crawford didn't end Errol Spence. He was clearly the better fighter. Nothing about that will change. That doesn't mean Errol sucks. I challenge any armchair big mouth that criticises Errol Spence to hop in the ring and spar. You don't play boxing. You will put your life at risk. Respect that, at least.

Spence never recovered from that first knockdown. I can't understand why people can't except that. They say Spence wasn't himself, of course not he fought hurt the whole fight after the second round. I give spence a lot of credit for hanging in there. He fought like a world champion and showed a lot of determination. He never gave up and went out on his shield. The man didn't seem like himself is because he was hurt. Any other fighter would've been out of there a whole lot sooner. If Spence would've won, no one would be talking about how he ran at a high altitude seven days before the fight. I'm sure they would be saying Spence was just too big for Crawford.
Been telling people this, man was fighting concussed after that first knockdown of course he aint himself.
It's crazy how Spence pretty much fell off the face of the planet after that loss.

No hate on Spence, it was dope he took the fight and truly fought hard. But he’s gonna have to develop some more skills other than relying on one good move and foot speed. He leads nearly ALL combos off the jab. Once bud capped his jab you could see Spence started really struggling.

Even Crawford wasn't a Crawford that we all know. The Crawford that fought porter and Benavidez would've beat spence at his best day

Spencer couldnt pass the jab wall. When they mention jab on spence is really good is the reason he stayed looking at a wall. There was a line he was trying to jump over whole fight and bud didnt let him
