    Interesting, deep fry then put in ice water, oven, then charcoal. I would put on charcoal strait away.

    So he made a fancy lamb cuttlets with melitzanosalata. Really hate this type of Michelin food..

      @unskeptable something not balancing so much between fancy version of a simple dish. Look at Fallow, one star, amazing food but nothing fancy. Cuttlets and melitzanosalata in a squirt bottle with purple flowers is not the type of food I prefer.
