I am from Pakistan. I done my bachelor in science of biotechnology. Now i want to study in Germany for master. So you tell me which field of biotechnology i choose
Hello sir, I'm from India and currently my 2nd year of Bsc is going. And I'm planning to pursue masters in biotechnology in Germany. So want to know which branch in biotechnology is in High demand and paying well in Germany? Thanks for the video.
Pharma or Industrial. Keep in mind biotech jobs are not payed the best, comparatively speaking... But you can check more info on the 2nd video where i talk abt salaries in different Industries for biotechnologists. Best of luck👍
Pls do reply to me ... I wanna become a scientist esearcher in the field of genetics as I love gene function creating proteins from genes with the help of E.coil and all stuff... So I thought it would be great if I do my honors in biotechnology later I wanna do a master's in genetics and research. Would that be a great decision in to do my honurs in biotech? And then in mastersin genetic engineering or genetic&research??
I completed my master degree in biochemistry and I have 13 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing is there any chance to get job in Germany and europe
Not only can biotechnologists work for industries but also in healthcare for instance in medical lab. The salary also depends on German Proficiency, because many companies require at least B2 or C1 level. USA is not good instance instead of Germany, because you need to have a visa which is extremely complicated to obtain let alone health insurence. Generally speaking, the entry level depends on company and own skills. However, in Germany there ara still good conditions to work and live in compared to Eastern Europe or UK after Brexit.
There are tarifs which are fixed for skilled (in terms of studies/degrees), but most teams require german cuz whatever the company is, german is the spoken/working language.... CEFR lvl. Yes B2-C1 mostly....
I am doing BSc hons Agri-Biotechnology . on top of that at the end of my degree i will have 1.5 years of work experience as an internee at the end of my degree . Please guide me how to get job in biotechnology companies just after my bachelor's degree. I'll be waiting for your reply
I made some videos on online portals for job search. You van check that out if u want to. Websites like stepstone, indeed are global, google also shows jobs offers. Besides looking into company websites is also a great to look into. It is time consuming but thats how that is.... Hope that helped
After completing English taught masters from any German University, how easy is it to find a job in the biotech industry and also, being a fresher is it mandatory that you must have B2/C1 lvl proficiency? 😢
Some kind of german proficiency with masters degree in bitoech will always help. But finding a job depends on many different factors. Luck also plays a part. And sicne the working/spoken language in alsmost all teh companies is german, they prefer it. But some do ask for it and some dont. Check the individual job description to answer this question. Hope that helped.
Hello sir, I have done B. Pharm and i have 2yr of experience in sales n marketing field in India. I want to do masters in public universities. Which course will be better for my profile.?
My answer is always, the field that you are interested in. And if you are, then you would probably be good in it, other factors mostly fall in places, when you interest and passion aligns with your field.
I am having molecular biology and evolution as my course in kiel university..... can you please tell me the opportunity i can avail after my masters degree....
Opportunities for like getting a job? U can apply to various industries, and landing one should be possible, but rejections are to be expected. With regards to what type of industries, Pharma, food, chemical etc all offer some suitable job-positions in one department or another. I hope thats the answer you were looking for, i didnt really understand your question, like oppertunities for what exactly? General in the industry or exactly what position or something else
Biodiversity is a field that is getting attention, as applications of different MO/biomes are discovered, and desired. But what counts is that u like it and can imagine u having ur carrier in this field. Hope that heps👍
Thankuuuu💝.....Do u know about thr job options in Europe on.. I don't this field. What about Swizz 👀 i don't have much knowledge about organismic, is it possible to apply it application on biotechnology?
unfortunately, i dont know the job market well enough for this field. But if u search for papers u find related topics to this field. And yes, sure, everything related to microorganisms can be used in Biotech.
I m from India , now i m working in a biotechnology pharma company in india (production department) after 2-3 years of experience from home country can i get job in pharmaceutical industry in Germany?
In Germany, German obviously has more benefits. Small- Mig range companies require German most of the times. But internationally English would be more beneficial
@@BT.ed9 Thank you for your answer. I'd just like to clarify one point for international companies: are they interested in just speaking and writing English perfectly, or does the language of study for the Master's degree have to be English? If, for example, the Master's degree is in German and the candidate is fluent in English, does that reduce the chances of finding a job in these international companies?
In Germany, that doesnt reduce your chances at all. Cuz the company is still run by people who speak German (mostly), and would prefer you to be able to do so as well. In that case, english is always a plus point, if not required. In Countries outside of germany, i dont think so, My old Boss worked in the US for 13 Years, and i know for a fact that she studied in German, and i know of another person who went to the US after masters from germany. Non of them mentioned anything about this sort of thing. I myself applied at a company for an internship in 2021 in Markham Canada, they responded but never mentioned anything regarding the language. I would say, NO, it wouldnt reduce your chances if you studied in german, as long as you are able to communicate and work in English without any problems. DEGREE in GERMAN + FLUENT in ENGLISH= No Problem at all. (to the best of my knowledge, but there always rare exceptions)
@@BT.ed9Sir if I am doing bsc in biochemistry or zoology or any other biology subject like botany or microbiology. Then am I eligible to do MSC in biotechnology in Germany...?? Please reply sir, it's important for my future...!
Accomodation would have to be organized by yourself, since most companies dont offer any, you would need german proficiency for sure, but englisch proficiency i am not sure about.
Am I eligible to do Msc in Biotechnology in Germany if I had already done bachelor's in pharmacy from India? If yes then what're chances of getting job if I also have decent proficiency in German?
It is possible yes. I suggest applying for jobs directly. If you have some german proficiency the companies might give you a chance. But expect some rejections. I applied like 30 times to get like 3 call backs followed by an interview. Best of luch👍
I would suggest looking for smthing in the US. In Germany, it was already bad due to very little application for bioinfo in the industry, and with the really bad economic condition in the last 2 years its gone worse and looking bad for the near future. I would look at the industry and then decide but my suggestion is to look for smthing in the us
Sure u can. But u might have to wait longer, given that u are applying from outside, due to languageetc. It can get frustrating, but if u want to then try it
Please do video which companies now hiring foreign workers for different biotechnology positions specifically for fresher
Can you please make video on clinical research which is also part of biotechnology and its scope in Germany
Will do✌️
