Yes GCC have one of the best roads and highways in the world and safe as well so if you love traveling then you should specially in winters because summers can be tiring

Rain and sandstorm are not common in this area , these are not special seasons
Only thing is heat means between MAY till july is relativity very hot so need to be careful like checking quality of tires, your car engine health
Be hydrated and taking proper rest
Taking care of simple things and you are good to go anywhere basically
