My Longest Road Trip of 1000+ Kilometers l Muscat to Salalah l Oman Travel Vlog #28 l Ep 1
Join me on this exciting road trip from Muscat to Salalah in Oman. This 1030 kilometers of stretch takes about 11-12 hours and is not an easy drive for a single drive.
In this vlog, I have shared my experience of this road trip with useful tips, which are essentially required for a hassle free enjoyable road trip.
The scenic drive pass through mountains, desert and completely desolated areas. There are 3 major cities on the way to Salalah from Muscat- Nizwa, Haima & Thumrait. R
Refer all the safety precautions highlighted in this vlog.
Apart from driving by your own vehicle, you can use the private & Oman Govt. Bus Services (Mwasalat). There are direct flights to Salalah Airport from Muscat and many International Airlines also operate directly to Salalah. Its one of the most popular tourist destination of Oman and specially during the Khareef season (Monsoon) the entire region of Salalah (Dhofar Governate) turns lush green.
