मेरा 15 रेडिएशन हो गई है अब गले में छाले और गटकने की जगह कम हो गई है फील होता है घूट निगलने पर इतना दर्द होता है की बो दर्द पीछे से गर्दन से सिर में जाता है जबकि ऑपरेशन के बाद मुझे दर्द नही फील हुआ,पर रेडिएशन में हो रहा है वॉयस बॉक्स फुल lerengoromy हुआ है . मैम मेरे पिताजी का रेडिएशन तीन महीना पहले पूरा हो चुका है, रेडिएशन से जीभ के किनारे पर छाले आए थे जो अब तक हील होना शुरू नही हुए, उन्हें दर्द के लिए 25mcg का पैच और 3 morphine खानी पड़ रही है, दर्द इतना ज्यादा है की वो बार बार रो पड़ते हैं, क्या ये जीभ के किनारे के छाले reconstructive surgery द्वारा ठीक किए जा सकते हैं?

Good morning mam, My Nephew is suffering from Osteosarcoma from last one year. His age is 14 years. On 27.07.23, he has gone through surgery of neck of femur. After that 8 chemotherapy given to him. Last month as per MRI and Pet ct scan report showing of reoccurring of 4th stage osteosarcoma. It is also spred in lungs. Doctors has told that surgery and chemotherapy is not possible and life span is very short for him. Now he is suffering from severe pain from last 4 months. Doctors are not able to do any thing for relief. Can you help him by any means.
