My father has history of reccurrence of cancer four times 2017- left upper lip followed by surger and radiotherapy 2018 - left buccal mucosa followed by surgery 2023 - lower alveolus and right hemimandilblectomy followed by surgery 2024- pyriform ca followed by high dose chemotherapy every week for 3 cycles with partial improvement. Dr. Said for chemo+radio(only pyriform) immuno pdl1 25% ... But theres is a doubt regarding oral chemotherapy and iv chemotherapy and low dose immunotherapy and full dose immunotherapy...please specify the differences regarding these based on its effect on tumor and cost
