Yes the dog was rescued, and hospitalised and the wording on the bottom said the rescuer intended taking care of him every day UNTIL he fully recovers. When he was discharged, it looked like the rescuer was saying "goodbye, you are on your own now" so I guess the dog was back on the streets not being cared for... again
