J City Midi

I discovered this song through an RPG Maker 95 game called "Legend of the Phoenix Tear." made by a game named Vincent. It was one of the first RM95 games that taught me something, and for some reason, this song has been stuck in my head since 1998. I don't know the song's actual name; it's just labeled "J-CITY.MID." I'd love to hear the real song and not the MIDI file. If anybody can identify this song, that would be greatly appreciated
