- Congratulations to Angeline and Raymond who used BOTH our Gender Reveal Confetti Cannons and our Red Powder Cannons. Gender Reveal Confetti kits come with two pink and two blue cannons. The cannons are loaded with a mix of mylar and paper confetti that launches about 10 feet. Packaging is discrete and doesn’t give the color away 🤫Our Powder Cannons are 18” long and are loaded with water-soluble rice powder. This family wrapped the cannons to conceal the color for their reveal, and if you plan to use them as Gender Reveal props we recommend you do the same. @@taymarie24 It's the same color of powder but it does look darker here because of the time of day and how the sun is hitting it. In reality, it's a little lighter than how it looks here and you get a better sense toward the end of the video when the powder starts to thin out. Early on, it becomes sort of a dark cloud because it's so dense.

Nope, confetti is made of rice paper
You'll be happy to know that we no longer use mylar in our gender reveal confetti cannons, but instead use a unique coating to give a shiny appearance on the back side of the paper confetti. Also, even for our cannons that still use mylar, like gold or silver, the confetti pieces are roughly 2" x .75" slips, not little shredded bits like we've seen in other confetti cannons. This makes them easier to clean up and also isn't shooting microplastics around. I hope this helps!
