Lol😂 we're not the Manchester United we use to be in the Fergie's time though. We've fallen off miles away. Hope Amorim is the man destined to take us back to reclaim our right place as the kings of the EPL cause Liverpool have already won it (EPL). They equal us now 20/20😢
All those years spending on Falcao, ADM, Zlatan, Ronaldo, Cavani, Schweinstager…. It finally looks like we are turning the page on our approach to rebuilding, and doing it proper now.

It's not all about going spending 80m every signing and let's be honest we have spent some stupid amounts of money even on young lads like Hojlund so adding these type of players in will make us future proof so we don't have to spend stupid money on young players in the future

Not really they already have a good foundation, starting team + bench, structure, style of play, committed players, consistency. Our team has none of that, in fact no teams are thinking about United and if they do it’s to laugh.
This is deeply embarrasing for us, not them. Buying up City's and Arsenal's youth players that they developed. This is absolutely NOT what the culture of Man Utd is all about.
Make sense for him to be considered a first team signing. He’s already played in the Carabao Cup for Arsenal, don’t see why he would leave just to go play academy football. Don’t think he’s gonna be getting minutes immediately, but I’d imagine he’ll be on the bench pretty soon.

The only thing I can say about this player is that despite your misgivings about his prior stints at other clubs, having eventually joined Arsenal's youth setup he has shown that he's very talented, been given first team minutes with Arsenal clearly wanting to keep him and proceeded to have multiple major clubs interested in his signature. Are all the coaches and scouts working at all these clubs negligent incompetent charlatans? In my years spent watching football and the emergence of countless players during that time along with the varying degrees of expectations placed on different players I've come to the realisation that, just like life in general, not everyone's path to success or failure is the same. There are serious players who had major career accomplishments, some were even all time greats but at youth level were thought of as average or above average but nowhere near elite.
