Very very disappointed. Paid $3k and I'm about to bring it back. After paying this huge amount, you will have to pay $20 mo for a membership to use the screen.
I already have Netflix & Disney, but for me to watch it in there I have to pay for membership 😒. Called customer service and guess what? They even say the estimated waiting time is freaking 45 min. (Every time) WHT? I tried 3 times and after 20 min I had to hang up.
I tried youtube (since it's free) but nope, they don't let you. They don't even allow you to mirror your phone. C'mon.
Bottom line. If you don't pay $20 mo, this treadmill is not much different than other ones on the average of $500.
I rather watch the TV on the wall instead, at least I can go to UA-cam, but now this giant and useless screen is bothering me. 😠
So Ridiculous. Very very frustrating.
Just want my money back.

These are paid ads, making the fool of people, Do you know you have to pay to 200 dollars every year if you want to see the Netflix or prime video. This is unethical. They highlight a screen that gives an impression that you can use for streaming apps if you already have a membership, In fact, they want you to pay for licenses. You can save 1000 dollars and get the same configuration without a tablet. I feel cheated

Ive had mine for 3 months, and I am already having issues. While running today, the incline decided to max itself out and wouldn't go down. Now it's stuck at the highest incline. I'm waiting for Bowflex to respond to my email. I hope it isn't indicative of how owning this treadmill will be.

They literally expect you to pay a yearly membership in order for you to be able to use the Netflix app to stream your media. 🤯 - This is truly a DEEPLY immoral practice! If I buy the equipment with the large screen I want to be able to stream my Netflix on it WITHOUT you forcing a yearly subscription on me to do it!! That’s like you buying a car & the dealership saying we need to charge you a yearly membership so you can fill gas in your vehicle. For this reason alone I will not buy or recommend any Bowflex products to anyone ever. Your greed is absolutely disgusting.
