Agreed, Janice Roberts. I had a cat a few years ago who fell from the top of a kitchen counter and died from internal injuries 24 hours later. The idea that cats always land on their feet is just so much garbage.

I heard him say once that he sincerely hoped there was a heaven for animals because man sure made it hell here on earth for them. Some of them were put through frightening situations by their owners for the same of simple entertainment. We don't know if anyone seriously got hurt. So yes, I'd say that some are being mistreated. The fact that there is worse out there doesn't make this any better. Abuse and mistreatment cannot be measured by comparisons this easily.

My father’s wife had a cat that did that but he wanted to drink it and it freaked me out because he would fight the faucets and everything. Of course he didn’t know hot from cold. He always managed to get it to sprinkle if no one stopped him. From the angle he would climb up at he could only reach the cold water. I always laughed if I was there but my eldest sister, (she’s mentally handy capped) always got pissed off and stomp to the bathroom. “Let me get this damn cat. I just cleaned up the bathroom.......Tyler. What you doing in here? No! Get down! You know better! Now go sit on the couch! You on punishment! Now I have to straighten up the bathroom again cause of you! Don’t make no sense. Mmm. And he got a bowl. He not two bowls. Water out the sink and food.” We loved that cat. I have stories for days from visiting and my short day there.
Exactly J. C. Its definitly different, i was like: is the cat maybe that desperate to be able to get water or is the cat just playing? I found most videos just cruel, jeah lets make a video instead of helping my cat.............. (In the video of the cat putting its head under the water it was okay to not intervere, the cat decided by itself that its okay with water (except, ofcourse if the reason is because it was the only way to get water...))

(Like the video with the cat being pulled over the ground... there must be something wrong with the cat if its doing that.. and that on stone, that is right in the sunlight, with hot weather... it was probably really tired or had problems with its legs, let it rest or help it! The “folding chair” is a safe, humane trap used for cats & other animals who are scared or otherwise in-able to be caught by other means. The woman is part of an animal rescue organization & she was attempting to catch the cat, who was trapped in a small space, and give it a better life. Notice the hand gloves? The full-length arm gloves? No, you two probably didn’t notice those tell-tale signs. Open your eyes and think before typing shit like “folding chair.” LOL!
