I watched it last night and I couldn’t agree more. Every ‘fan’ who sent death threats during the Euros should be made to watch it. It’s an extraordinary play.

@@HarryKaneethey weren’t successful at all World Cup 2018 we got lucky draws and lost to Croatia in the semifinals. We got lucky again with draws only noticeable win was against germany and lost to Italy in the finals at Wembley. 2022 World Cup we lost to France in the quarterfinals. Why are you ok with accepting mediocrity?
that i suspect is the whole point. you could argue that if England HAD won a major tournament with GS then there'd be no point of a creating a play about it.

The Italians won that euros and they've probably already forgotten about it. England played like all their games at Wembley and still bottled it 😂.

Portugal did the same in 2004 at home
