The fish despawned after a second or 2 because the water was to shallow.
Maybe if you would of put the bath bomb and fish after once the geyser has risen!

The water in the geyser has no physical entity in the game so the fish and the bath bomb don’t think they are in water when they touch the geyser I wish it did but it doesnt
