- Hidden in the grassy hills of Hyde Park stands the hard-to-miss brick estate Kensington Palace located in the heart of London. Kate Middleton lives in Kensington Palace 1 A, a 20-room, four-story apartment along with her husband, Prince William. Her house boasts generous living space, including five reception rooms, three main bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms, a night and day nursery, staff bedrooms and ‘ancillary’ rooms.” The walls are filled with art from the Royal Collection. In addition to the main house, there are large staff quarters and a large walled-in garden. Catherine and William spent £4.5 million renovating the apartment, as well as hundreds of thousands more of their personal money on additions like a second family kitchen. Kate Middleton did much of the decorating for Apartment 1A herself, rather than enlisting professionals.

How does Kate get a house that big, and Meghan had to stay at Frogmore?
Let’s see; They live in a 21 room apartment that was redecorated for them on taxpayers money. They recently expanded the private road, also with taxpayers help. They also have Anmer estate on Sandringham, which was fully renovated and decorated. Kate tore out the tennis court so one can be built to her specification. But it seems Anmer takes to long to drive when they want to get away to the countryside with the children. So now, they are about to renovate and redecorate Bedford, a huge estate on the grounds of Windsor. Again, partially taxpayer contribution.

Quite a contrast to the small amd worn out part where Harry lived, before the Queen gave him Frogmore cottage. Most of the servants have much better accomodation than "The Spare" No wonder that Harry had enough of that discrimination!!!!
