When I shift at sports mode it boosts the speed very fast. Also sound changes.

You should have added information about how to control the acceleration when shifting. Because manual me clutch hota hain, and acceleration zero karte hain ham. But the video is great.

We can use paddle shifters in drive mode also, car changes gears if you change speed automatically, however you may shift in your own time as well.
