ths song fits the video PERFECLY. if your wondering why its because war can change anyone, you can be the nicest person on the block to being someone that stays inside and doesnt talk to anyone. war turns people into Monsters
People always say how you can you shoot men running away? My grand dad always said for every one one you let run away is one more who will come back after you
My great grandfather served in the Red Army when he was 24 Years old. He was drafted off to Berlin... He was shot in the head just above his eye by a sniper inside of Berlin's capital. Never forgot that story... Hura.
@TEHsm1th The whole never leave a man behind thing is for the marines. As well as, sometimes you cannot help but leave people behind, stuff happens, and people get lost.
My friend Trevor, a member of the USMC, told me after his first deployment to Iraq, which he later got transferred to Afghanistan, that he thinks all the airsoft and paintball he played growing up actually helped him react better on the field. You do realize the military trains with synunition? Its basically paintballs, coming out of airsoft guns. Its not like he was claiming to be a "real" soldier.
@TheGamer778 An MP didn't pull him over. The guy along with two other squad members saw him with a pistol and two dead German Officers on the ground. The guy who got shot was trying to persuade the guy to give him the gun, and the drunk guy started to walk back to his jeep when the guy who got shot started to come after him. Then he gets shot in the head. Also the people kicking his ass later on were part of the same company/platoon/etc. as the guy who got shot. That is why he got the beat.
happen. It will either break you, or give you a new understanding. But it will also make you hesitate, and that can kill you. By the way, I learned all this from my grandpa who fought during WWII and helped clear the concentration camps afterwards.
0:59, that's the situation that would be the most difficult for me, but you have to realize that if the coin was flipped, they wouldn't think twice to pull the trigger.
back when my grandpa was alive ( well step grandpa ) he would tell us about pearl harbor back when he was young and in the navy he told us what he saw during that day and how many friends he knew were lost ( i thought he was lying until he show us proof and everything ) and he did get hit and lived too and well when he passed away we was given his metal's he had w still hold on to them.
If he wasnt in "the" easy company then by what youre saying he wouldve been in the 506th Parachute infantry, 3rd battalion (not 2nd battalion, "the" easy company was in 2nd battalion and platoons are parts of companies not regiments) well anyway, I would bet that he was 101st Abn, 506th pir, 3rd battalion, easy company, and a member of a platoon which would be weapons platoon, 1st platoon, 2nd platoon, or 3rd platoon. I hope what I said makes sense.
in your american tv shows the germans always ran away... but i just want to tell you guys... the germans will never ran away, they fight and fought till the end !
