- In 2002, GE introduced the “Evolution Series” of locomotives. Better known as GEVo or ES44, this series has become the best-selling line of diesel locomotives of all time with production nearing 8,000 units.
Our Rivet Counter series model renders the numerous variations of cabs, dynamic brakes, doors, grilles, trucks, etc. We’ve also incorporated LED lighting effects including front, rear, and side walkway lights; ground lights; printed and lighted number boards; and ditch lights.

I’m a Katy/Rio Grande/SP guy but I couldn’t pass up the N&W ES44 in pevlar blue. Just a gorgeous loco.
When are you going to release the steam engines?
Great video and little history lesson but you only talked about 9 of the units/railroads. You forgot NS 8114 the original Norfolk Southern
Drayton, you are a wealth of knowledge and I can see you are loving your work! Keep it up. FYI, I think your "maroon" is actually Tuscan Red. Just had to tease you on that one ;)
8100 is fantastic!
I have 4 of your heritage units your units are a kicking the hinges off the doors details and great sound and weight thank u all u do!
keep up the great work yall! All of your models look amazing
Really nice video and backgrounder - well done. LOVE the NKP HU I recently got from you - might be the favorite of all my locos - I know it's not "properly" thematic, but it looks outstanding hauling a bunch of coal cars. Just a great engine
we really need these in Nscale, proper ones with the correct grills, handrails, etc.
amen!
Awesome, enjoy watching this and learning
Great video.
Should have released them in smaller batches. Too big of a bill right before Christmas.
Cry about it
All ns heritage units r sharp looking
Southern railway dates back to the South Carolina canal and railway. The Best Friend of Charleston was their first locomotive. South Carolina has many of this locomotive.
Will Scale Trains do a NS Heritage SD70ACe versions? Please do🙏
So will you guys do CSX haritage units for ho and n scale?
Let’s hope not
@@tylerrose5232 I claim B.S.
@ScaleTrains, You should try to make the CSXT Heritage units once they finish their full roster. Personally, I would want to get the Chessie System and the ConRail ones.
Personally no one gives a fuck what you want. Especially them ugly ass engines
P&LE
Any plans for a run of SD-40/40-2 for NS or UP in the near future?
hello scale trains & it's is randy and i like yours video is cool thanks scale trains friends randy
I wonder if anyone who bought yall's 8099 will change the number board color to black after its wreck repairs?
Question for any experts, is there an official/unofficial policy where heritage units are set to be the lead unit on a train? Seemed like all of the footage shown was of the units leading.
And great video Scaletrains, very informative!
It doesn’t matter where they are placed… but always look better leading
Where's my Iowa Interstate units? 5/31/24?
I"m really happy with my CR Heritage Unit, but what's the deal with the "powder blue" PTC array? It looks like it's CR blue in the photo on your website.
Do you guys ever plan to offer these in N scale?
More N and when are you going to manufacture N scale Steamers?
when are you going to make the ES44DC????
1827 was the charter date of the railway.
Conrail quality
Monoga HEY la.

Too much dude and not enough enough trains in your videos.
