- The plaintiff dated the defendant. However, the plaintiff claims the defendant went to her home, kicked the front door in, and damaged her belongings. The plaintiff also alleges the defendant assaulted her and her friend, so she's suing. The defendant argues he went to the house to gather some of his items. The defendant is countersuing for emotional distress.

The plaintiff sounded completely believable to me. Not just only about the actions and behavior of the defendant towards her and her witness but also about everything else as well. He seems like a loose cannon and has no defense for damaging the her property.
