It's actually set to both the William Tell Overture and Galop Infernal.
I wanna say it switches around 1:25-1:30? The transition's obscured by Okarun's growling. It'll probably be clearer what they're doing there once the OST comes out!

I honestly never clued into the William Tell Overture part, which is definitely there, just given the obvious connections to Orpheus and Eurydice
