Your Navamsa chart is for better than the rasi chart. Navamsa chart is good for marriage purpose. Here Venus, Mars, Moon, and Saturn are exalted. The 7th lord is exalted; Guru aspects the 7th house. All thirikona (triangle) planets together is good; they will give you good results during their dasa period. 11th lord moon is 8th house, and the dasa is in progress; still 8 years to go.Any lord stationed at 8th house will not give always good result. Moon is a benefic planet for you and also lord of profit (11th); so, you will get money for sure.
During this period, you can expect sudden unexpected income (sometime unexpected loss, mostly gain). As for as job is concerned, if you try for a job in jail/prison (Mars is 8th lord and is strong) or anything related to digging/mining/petroleum , you have a good chance during this Moon dasa period. on that time my father done lot of things ..well power supply we got first time in 2001/07/16 .. irrigation purposes bored on bore in my land in 2002( 4" water came) .. same year we built one home( Rs.8 laks) in between my land& first sister marriage also ... finished Civil Engineering in 2008.. chukkira dasa peacefully in my life....
8 th Lord is in 2 house . yes correct up to my of age 15 I spoke lies.

Your Navamsa chart is for better than the rasi chart. Navamsa chart is good for marriage purpose. Here Venus, Mars, Moon, and Saturn are exalted. The 7th lord is exalted; Guru aspects the 7th house. It all indicates you should have a good / happy married life.
Coming to your wife's horoscope; her rasi chart - Mercury exalted and is with Sun in the 8th house. She must be educated and very knowledgeable person; no, she is not an idiot! You must be careful and if you take it rightly, it is a great blessings to you. Since her 7th lord is in 8th house, her husband (you) will try to hide something; she will be suspicious. Here comes the problem.
