I’m visiting next weekend for the first time. Been anticipating this trip for some time. So beautiful.
Last night I drove to Harper's Ferry and I thought about you...
It is called the American Civil War….not civil conflict.
Nice work, good video, short and to-the-point and not overdone!!!! From what I hear anything above Harpers ferry is considered the northern Appalachian trail and everything above is considered the southern. ____I've been to Uncle Johny's in Erwin Tennessee many times, but never to Harpers ferry and it's a little closer.
Maryland Heights, Bolivar heights, and Wax Museum.
I wish the town would install a couple of these videos around the area. I’ll share. Too bad my Dad isn’t around anymore. I think he’d appreciate it! Maybe they could put one up around the Harper’s Ferry brew pub.
As a UA-cam Channel myself I think I want to take on this Challenge I think Me My Sister and another are going to try and do a series in the Summer no this is not promoting my channel you just had given me a good idea take care and I hope this doesn't come off bad what i said.
You are more than Welcome to join us if you want.
This was very well put together and concise. It’s the perfect length to show my husband what we can do on a Harper’s Ferry trip
Enjoy your trip! :)
I live nearby in VA and love this place but they should bury the low hanging and ugly power lines, quite anachronistic.

Parking is an issue.
No, it isn't. There are huge parking lots with shuttle busses. Or, like many do, hike into town.
Park in the parking lot behind the abandoned Shipley School, it's free, barely used, and walking distance from town. You're welcome :)
@@GB-ez6gethere weren’t any shuttles the day we went. Had to drive around and then drove back home. Had a relative with us who couldn’t walk much.
where exactly is this, i could only find the new elem. shipley school. @@repsajthetig3r390
You probably went on a weekday then.@@GB-ez6ge
